BITSAT Exam Centers Release Date
Talking about its exam centers, Birla Institute of Technology will release its exam centers for 2020 in January. Candidates must know that the exam centers list will be released along with the information brochure and application form. BITSAT exam centers are basically the venue where exams are being conducted for the students who have registered for the qualifying exam.

All the candidates who would be applying for the qualifying exams will have to fill choices for their exam centers. They will have to make choices while filling out the application form. Bitsat exam will be conducted in May. The qualifying test will be a computer based test. All the students who have applied for this qualifying exam will get to know about their exam centers in January 2020. Bits will release its list of exam centers along with the list of information brochure in January 2020.
Choices to be made for the exam center
While filling out the BITSAT application form, candidates will get a choice to choose 3 exam centers for themselves. After the exam centers are allotted to the candidates by the authorities, the candidates will have to book a slot and the exam centre provided to them for appearing in the exam. The candidate will get one exam centre of the three selection that he/she would have made. They must book a slot for appearing the exam. First of all the candidate will have to choose the exam date that is the date on which he would like to appear for the test. After this the list of exam centers available for that particular day would be available for the candidate and then he can make his three choices. Authorities will grant the applicant anyone exam centre and the applicant will have to report to the venue to appear for the test.

The exam authority might add or remove any of the exam center. This list of previous year is just for reference. The student can get a brief idea about their exam center having a glimpse on this list.
All the applicants must keep in mind the fact that an admit card will be issued along with the information brochure. This particular admit card will consists of all the details. There are few major and critical points that the applicant must keep in mind. Some of them are listed below:
- First of all, student will have to choose three exam centers. They will have to do this while filling out the application form of 2020.
- All the applicants will get one exam center venue out of the three choices that they had made. This final choice will be made by the exam authorities.
- All the students must book a slot for appearing in the examination that is bitsat 2020. If somebody does not do it, he/she will not be applicable to sit in the study.
- After the slot and center are given to the student, no changes will be made. Neither in the slot nor the exam center. Applicants must take this into account very seriously.
- Authorities concerning the exam department may change the exam center because of less number of students in such cases an applicant will be allotted the nearest exam center.
- The applicant must fill the form cautiously and collect the admit card on time. After they receive their admit card, they must make sure that the right exam center is mentioned in the admit card so that the applicant does not face any problem while giving the exam.
- In case the applicant finds the exam center mentioned in the bitsat admit card, and it does not fall in any of the three cited by the applicant. He must contact the examination authorities as soon as possible.
There are some guidelines that need not be followed by the applicants on the day of examination. Some of them are listed below:
- It is advisable to reach the examination center an hour before the exam to eliminate any sort of difficulty that he might have to face at the later stage.
- This is just a suggestion. It depends on the student whether they want to apply it or not. The student may reach the exam hall one day before they appear for the exam. The most significant advantage of this would be they would get a fair idea of the rote and the traffic. So that he may reach to a conclusion about how before he should leave on the day of examination.
- Along with the admit card, which is the most important thing. Students should make sure that they are carrying any valid id proof along with them. The id proof could pan card or even an aadhar card. It depends on an individual.
- Applicants must know that they won’t be allowed to leave the examination hall until the total exam time is over. Therefore, it is advisable to react in a disciplined way so that the other student does not get affected by your activity.
- Any prohibited items like mobile phones, tablets are strictly not allowed to be taken in the exam hall. If any student found carrying these things, strict action will be taken against them.
- The use of a calculator is not allowed. Any student found using a calculator will not be allowed to give the examination further. Strict actions can also be taken against the applicant. therefore one must not use a calculator or any electronic gadget
BITSAT is soon going to release its exam centers for 2020. Till then, we can only hope for the best that each and every applicant may get the nearest exam center so that thy do not face many difficulties to reach the examination hall.
